Preab sa Cheol, The Show

‘Preab sa Cheol’ the children’s show is also available for performing at school’s, cultural venue’s, festival’s etc.

The show is based on songs from the book and the children are encouraged to sing and dance along with the musicians.

Three musicians perform in the show, Suzanne Ní Ghallachóir aka Cabóg an phortaigh (presenter, singer,), Doimnic Mac Giolla Bhríde aka Bodach na gcós cam (accordion, uileann pipes, singer), Niall Ó Haicéid aka Bodach an chóta daite (bouzouki, mandolin).

The songs in the show include;

Rowing on the floor
The chicken dance
The lazy crocodile
What you want to be when you grow up!
Caitlín who plays the kazoo
Tarlach the great uilleann piper from Donegal
The mighty Errigal
The leaping frogs
The antics of Cití Cat
The sounds that the different animals make.

Most songs have their own unique dance moves.

Suzanne also has a few clever riddles for all the clever children!
